Shipping and Delivery

Where is my order?

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number.
It can take between 1-3 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the courier updates the shipping information after you have received the shipping confirmation email from us.

Shipping usually takes between 1-3 business days, depending on your location, but may take up to 5 days for some destinations.

Can I cancel my order?

Modifying or canceling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

If you wish to request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Services team.

Can I collect my order at a SYSTEM store?

Our Flagship store in Paris offers the option to collect orders placed. This service is complimentary. ‘Pick up in Store’ will be displayed as a shipping option at checkout.

Once you have received the notification email, you can collect your order. 

When you come to the store to pick up your order, please bring: 

- The order confirmation email.

- A copy of your government-issued photo identification.

If you would like a representative to pick up your order on your behalf, please ensure that they bring:

- The order confirmation email.

- Their own government issued photo identification.

- A copy of your government-issued photo identification.

How much are the shipping fees to ship to my country?

Free shipping on all orders over €200

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

- Destination country
- Size and weight of the package
- Shipping method selected

Are duties and taxes included?

If your country is Non-EU, The price of the item is excluding taxes and duties, VAT 20% deducted.

Please note, your order will be shipped on a DAP(Delivery at Place) delivery duty unpaid service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country.

Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country are beyond our control, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange?

We refunds or exchanges into a different size for items shipped back within 30 days from when it was delivered to you.

And will reimburse the purchase price of the products (minus shipping fees, as applicable) only if the following conditions have been met:

- The products have not been used, worn or washed and are in the same conditions in which they were received;
- The identification tag (with the disposable seal) and labels are still attached to the products;
- The products are returned in their original packaging;
- The products are not damaged.

Refunds for returns will be made to the original purchaser’s form of payment.

Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

I received a faulty or incorrect item.

We’re very sorry to hear that and we can kindly ask you to send us photos of the faulty item for a swift follow-up.

Once we receive and verify your package, we will issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping costs.
