SUMMER/SPRING 2027
‘SEEKER : The Journey’
The SYSTEM 2027 Spring–Summer collection, SEEKER : The Journey, begins with the character from Hermann Hesse’s novel Knulp — a man who spent his life on the road while maintaining his own elegance and dignity.
Someone who never fully settles in one place, continuously wandering from one place to another. Free, but solitary. Understated, with a quiet confidence in the way he moves through life. This season, SYSTEM reflects on the quiet movement and inner journey of such an individual.
The collection unfolds around a natural and understated mood. Rather than relying on excessive embellishment, it focuses on a sensibility that gradually becomes part of the wearer over time, like garments softened through years of familiarity. Relaxed silhouettes and softly flowing structures create an atmosphere that feels refined and effortless. Rather than pursuing perfectly polished beauty, SYSTEM pays attention to the traces and emotions naturally formed through movement.
Centered on relaxed tailoring, the collection expresses a balance between structure and softness through relaxed H-line jackets, cigarette pants, and naturally flowing drapery. A deep neutral palette of browns and khakis is accented with touches of violet and olive green. Various densities of cotton, soft jersey fabrics, lightweight functional materials, washed finishes, and natural textural details evoke the traces of time and an effortless, organic mood.
The SYSTEM 2027 Spring–Summer collection, SEEKER : The Journey, reflects the idea that time spent on the road ultimately shapes one’s own identity. Belonging nowhere completely, and becoming freer because of it. This season speaks about existing as one truly is — through the quiet accumulation of traces and movement over time.
