SYSTEM has opened a permanent store on January 6 th at the Men’s Building of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, one of Paris’s most prestigious department stores.

With a history of over 130 years, Galeries Lafayette is the largest department store group in Europe and an iconic retail space that houses not only world renowned luxury brands but also highly regarded emerging designer labels. It’s also recognized as a gateway for global brands seeking entry into the Paris market.

The opening of SYSTEM’s permanent store was preceded by an exclusive proposal from Galeries Lafayette, which was extended after the brand demonstrated a strong sales performance at Creative Galerie , a curated retail platform dedicated to brands with high growth potential. This success also builds on the strong results achieved by SYSTEM’s pop up store at Galeries Lafayette Main Store last year.
Located on the second floor of the Men’s Building, the SYSTEM store occupies a prime position with high visibility and foot traffic. It is situated alongside top selling brands popular in the local market, including A.P.C. and Officine Générale , creating strong brand synergy within the space.

The store’s interior reflects SYSTEM’s minimalist yet sculptural design, incorporating artwork by French graffiti artist TANC, who previously collaborated on the SYSTEM flagship store in the Marais district. By applying the same artwork, SYSTEM connects its two Paris locations into a cohesive narrative, reinforcing a consistent brand aesthetic and storytelling.
